Like the other reviewer, I had to search the internet to uncover the mystery flavor of these bars -- the information isn't written on the product page. Also, I do wish the percentage of cocoa was provided but it is nowhere on the package. I like to pretend that I use bittersweet chocolate for health reasons, so I need the statistics to back it up.

I use these bars primarily in cookie and muffin baking, although they have also found their way into my home made ice cream -- always with delicious results. If you are buying these because they are pictured as the Kosher for Passover Paskesz chips, which do not contain soy -- STOP! The chips I received are not the ones pictured (the orange bag with the "Kosher for Passover" designation) -- they are the regular Kosher chips (red bag) that contain soy.
