The Rapunzel Pure Organic Extra Dark Chocolate Bars are wonderful tasting and anti-oxidant rich. They are a bit towards the stronger dark chocolate taste, but still avoid being bitter.
The best part is the bars do not contain soy, dairy or wheat as ingredients. It is fairly easy to find chocolate without wheat, pretty hard to find chocolate without dairy, and almost impossible to find chocolate without Soy Lechithin in it. To find chocolate with none of those three is extraordinarily rare. And it tastes great!! So the Rapunzel Chocolate practically qualifies as a miracle.
Highly recommended along with the Rapunzel 55% with Almonds (I am not a fan of milk chocolate or hazelnuts, or else I would recommend those too!)
