The Scharffen Berger 41% Cacao bar is the best Chocolate bar I have ever eaten. Although you can not find this exact bar on this site I figured I'd sing it's praises anyways. I am sure all the Scharffen Berger bars are excellent. Just choose your bar based on taste. For my money the Scharffen Berger 41% bar is the greatest chocolate I have ever consumed.
