Like the other reviewer, I had to search the internet to uncover the mystery flavor of these bars -- the information isn't written on the product page. Also, I do wish the percentage of cocoa was provided but it is nowhere on the package. I like to pretend that I use bittersweet chocolate for health reasons, so I need the statistics to back it up.
I use these bars primarily in cookie and muffin baking, although they have also found their way into my home made ice cream -- always with delicious results.
