While the price for this 3lb tub is outrageous (I bought mine online for $11), Ghirardelli's white chocolate powder is the ONLY way to go for white mochas. My recipe: I use a Starbucks Barista and espresso pods from www.podhead.com (Bristot).
in an 18oz glass...
Mix:
2oz espresso brewed with 1 pod (not quite as strong, but more economical than brewing 1.5 oz using 2 pods)
3T Ghirardelli white chocolate powder
Add:
Whole milk to your desired dilution (I add about 10oz)
Top with ice and, if desired, whipped cream.
