I just finished writing a review on the CE Organic Vanilla syrup, and I have to admit, I think I am a much better expert of vanilla syrup than chocolate sauce (and by the way the vanilla syrup is phenomenal). However, I am very pleased with this chocolate sauce. It is incredibly thick and rich, and has a nice balance between sweetness and chocolate. I would not call it a "dark" chocolate sauce per se, as it can make a nice chocolate milk without any additional sugar. Moreover, it is delicious as a desert topping (I used it on some chocolate truffles) as well as just licking the spoon clean! However, the primary reason I purchased it was to make mocha lattes and mocha frappucinos. I have to say here, the sauce stood up well, and I think I need to work on refining my recipe for these drinks (if you have a really good recipe for these drinks I'd appreciate it). I am confident enough now with this sauce in hand to begin experimenting more and finding the perfect mocha coffee drinks.
On top of the great flavor and mouth feel, is the fact that it is organic and made with natural ingredients. It is always nice enjoying a chocolate dish and not worrying so much about the potential health consequences. Furthermore, you have the added benefit of the fact it is a fair-trade product. That way, you can eat you chocolate, enjoy the flavor, feel like your not hurting your body, and feel like your are not damaging our Earth.
Anyway, that's a little over-the-top...my advice is, buy this product because you need need some chocolate sauce and want to but organic/fair-trade/natural....but then you'll buy it again and again becuase it tastes so good!Get more detail about CE Organic Fair Trade Organic Chocolate Sauce, 67-Ounce Bottle.
