I've used this cocoa for several years. It gives a rich chocolaty flavor that I really enjoy. I especially love it for my recipe of no-sugar-added cocoa/coffee drink mix I make as a morning wake up, but also in homemade chocolate pudding as well as in any baking that calls for Dutch processed cocoa or is unspecified.
